In this world..........My heart
In the thick forest of demeaning desires
my heart seeks ray of hope.
Penetrating deep the woods of whacky wishes
may not wisdom and contentment elope.
On the rusty road of rage and aggression
my heart looks for a place to rest.
Crashing the roadblocks of ego and impatience
may the car of clemency reach the crest.
On the hills of hatred and enviousness
my heart watch waterfall of winsome smiles.
Avalanche of revenge devastate the mind
may trees of forgiveness fight the bracing bile.
In the desert of despair and melancholy
my heart hallucinates water of excitement .
Celebrations of finding oasis of blitheness
may insipid human life cause some incitement .
In the sea of slackers and lackadaisicalness
my heart craves work-shore to crash the tide.
Crest of hardwork and trough of pragmatism
may ship of perseverance make a big stride.
In the lake of lust and lewdness
my heart searches for boat of morality .
Anchored and embarked in some expectations
may it carry copious ethnicity.
In the fire of feigning and fawning
my heart garners the ashes of innocence.
Flaming and burning the world of reality
may the truth be rescued instead of pretence.
